Due to Covid and health guidelines we do not accept returns. We aim to provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your juices are damaged or poor quality please send message on our contact page and please provide photos to fitworldrawjuice@gmail.com immediately. If your UPS tracking information states your package was delivered, you will have to contact UPS and file a claim for a missing package. Once you have a claim number, please send that over to us via email, and we will send out a replacement or issue you a refund, whichever option you would prefer. All shipping order require purchase of 5 Cold Press Juice minimum or $32.00 purchase.
Do you deliver to local residence or business?
Yes we deliver in Orlando Florida area. Add address to your shipping order and choose local delivery. All orders are delivered as quickly as possible within 1-2hrs. We will provide update tracking information via text or email. Minimum delivery is $32.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at https://fitworldjuice.com/pages/contact-us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via https://fitworldjuice.com/pages/contact-us we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and provide tracking information.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. Your orders will ship at same time once all orders are placed.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three days. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. is currently unavailble. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
Do you ship juices on weekends?
We cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays or to P.O. Boxes. Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.
When I receive my juices do I place in refrigerator?
All our juices for shipping delivery are flash frozen to maintain freshness. Flash freezing our products secures all the flavor, nutrients and enzymes, and lets you enjoy them at your convenience. Once received you can place juices in the refrigerator and let them thaw and enjoy when ready.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide UPS tracking number and you can register for shipping updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

How many juices should i have to replace a meal?
We suggest you have one 16oz of juice the normal time you would have a meal followed by water to keep your body replenished. You can repeat the process every 1-4 hours. We recomend 32oz minimum followed by healthy meals. If you decide to drink juice and no food Listen to your body and you are in full control.
What juices can i use to target weight-loss?
We provide a combination of juices which will help with weight loss followed with good eating lifestyle. When you consume oranges, cucumber, pineapple, kale, beets, grapes and other vegetables and fruits your body will enhance and absorb nutrients at a quicker rate.
Can i still eating unhealthy while on my cleanse?
Before starting your cleanse maintain healthy eating habits. Rid your body of too much caffeine, alcohol or processed foods. You want to cleanse junk foods hunger cravings as your body demands you give it unhealthy fat, sugar. While you’re likely to experience this during the cleanse it can be mitigated a bit by eating a healthy diet starting a few days beforehand. Drink a lot of water, eat lots of greens, and avoid too much processed sugar and fat. This will help you get a jump on the cleansing process.
